As an Entrepreneur, I've been there to know how frustrating it is to pay good money for a service, and time and time again, the consistency isn't there. I don't have the time to chase my vendor down to point out every little detail, and quite frankly, it's uncomfortable to do so.
Years back, I recognized that many fly-by-night cleaning companies were not consistent in their services. Over twenty years, we perfected a process that maintains consistency with our clients year over year. Our clients tell us that they've been with us for over 15-years because of this consistency.
I was taught to pay attention to detail in the military because it can be life or death. And, that training started by cleaning.
